On the practicalities.

What precisely do you require to commence work?+
The brief is intentionally focused: company description, problem and market, current traction, team backgrounds, the funding ask, and any existing brand assets. A capable founder completes it in fifteen minutes. The forty-eight hour clock begins upon its receipt.
How are payments handled?+
A fifty percent retainer accompanies the brief; the balance is due upon delivery of final files. We accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and bank transfer. Invoices are formatted to satisfy standard accounting requirements.
Do you write the copy, or only the design?+
We do both. The deck is composed as a single artifact — narrative, copy, and design considered together. You retain editorial authority through the revision rounds; we retain responsibility for craft.
What happens if the work is not satisfactory?+
Two revision rounds are included. If, after both, the work does not meet your expectations, we refund the engagement in full and you retain nothing. This clause has not been invoked.
Can the work be expedited further than 24 hours?+
In exceptional circumstances — a meeting scheduled within twelve hours, for instance — we have produced decks overnight at $400. Correspondence in advance is required to confirm availability.
Will my materials be kept confidential?+
Yes, without exception. We do not display client work in any portfolio without explicit written permission, and we have signed non-disclosure agreements on request at no additional charge.
